Hi, I'm Celes, a certified fitness trainer whose goal is to help you kickstart and build consistency toward your fitness journey. I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. I was a professional dancer and event production director in which I found my passion for fitness. I started my career as a group fitness instructor and then opened my door to one-on-one coaching. Today, I am continuing this passion by keeping myself updated with the latest study for fitness and, mental health to assure that each of my clients will be trained accordingly. I pride myself on teaching a sustainable approach to health, wellness, and fitness. I will help you reach your goals through a holistic approach and provide you with the knowledge to sustain them. For online trainings only, YES!

However, for personal trainings, I can give you a +1 session on your first PT package.
